Managing changes between versions has never been easier! Workshare notifies you a document comes back with changes right from your inbox and highlights exactly what’s different between versions, making it simple to build the next draft. Created with document professionals in mind, the comparison process is streamlined to enable users to compare, review and implement changes without constantly switching to and from Microsoft Office. By removing 80 pointless clicks from every draft, turnaround intervals are reduced, giving you back more time to spend on the important things. Multi-party reviews can be completed with ease, even when working remotely with the Workshare 9 app for mobile devices. Users are able to see changes, easily accept or reject them, receive comments and send updates on the move! All of this can be synchronised to back to your DMS for a fully cohesive experience.

Workshare 9’s improved secure file transfer enables you to send files that are too large or too sensitive for email and open up your document store to new possibilities. Workshare integrates with iManage, SharePoint, OpenText and other leading DMSs so you can sync to your mobile device without even thinking about it! This means you can share information with a partner or send a document securely to a client or third party for review straight from your document store. The Secure File Transfer functionality that intelligently applies Security Policy against every file you share, so you can share your brilliance with clients in a straightforward and secure way.

You can now minimize risk when sharing documents and up your control over who sees what, with the interactive metadata removal tool. This sensitive data can be harmful if inadvertently shared with others. Workshare 9 automatically alerts you when metadata is present in email attachments and gives you the option to convert the document to PDF, clean the metadata or replace the file with a secure link.
